“Very nice, very comfortablè⁹”

“My only complaint was how late breakfast started (6am) I had to head to the airport at 5:45 (shuttle)”

“For one night, it was fine. We could not turn on the heat though even though it was May 29. The breakfast was perfect, some small items and some big. It was quiet and the room was very clean.”

“Property looks ok on outside but inside was disappointing. Paint splatters on microwave, fridge and trim were my initial observations. When I tried to use the outlet in the lamp, they didn't work, lamp didn't work and upon further inspection the wall outlet was exposed and had black electrical burn marks. The outlet was blown and insane. The toilet didn't have enough water to even flush #1, so I had to adjust the float in the tank. When I tried to use the sink, the faucet wasn't secure and...

“Perfect for a quick stay”

“Room was not clean- had a dirty towel inside the shower, hair ties on the floor, and hair on the bed. Staff was very welcoming and polite though.”

“A newer property that is awaya clean and well appointed. Friendly staff no mater the time you stop by at. This is our go-to place in Vancouver.”

“The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.”

“Not only was one elevator out of commission for most of my stay, the lone remaining elevator shuddered horribly upon arrival to the fourth floor. Very disconcerting. Otherwise, the room was excellent.”

“A few pros and several cons with this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. However, we couldn't get through to the hotel for the shuttle and had to use Uber from the airport. Breakfast was an additional $16/person. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. We discovered ants in our room in the morning, for which the hotel offered a 15% refund. Overall we're probably not staying here again.”
